This is for businesses that need a dedicated, fast-tracked design experience. In just one day, we’ll tick off your design to-dos with precision, creativity, and strategic thinking. The result? High-quality designs that usually take weeks, delivered in just 7 hours.

What can we get done during a VIP design day?

Before we kick things off, we’ll have a strategy call to map out your priorities, but here are some ideas of what we can tackle:

How VIP design days work.

We keep things streamlined so we can maximise our time together. Here’s what to expect:

1. Discovery Call

Before your VIP day, we’ll hop on a 30-minute call to clarify goals and priorities.

2. get booked in

Once you’re ready to go, we’ll send over a link to our calendar. Pick your date, sign the contract, and pay the deposit so your spot is locked in.

3. Homework Time

To keep things moving, we’ll send you a checklist of what we need in advance; fonts, copy, images and business info so we hit the ground running.

4. Prep Call

The morning of your VIP Design Day, we’ll have a quick 30-minute check-in to finalise priorities and create a game plan.

5. Design Time

This is where the magic happens. We’ll be in the zone, bringing your ideas to life. You’ll need to be available for any real-time feedback so we can move quickly and efficiently.

6. File Handover

By the end of the day, you’ll receive all final files. Need more tweaks? You can book an extra half-day or another full day for additional refinements.

  • In a word, yes. So we can make the most of your VIP Design Day, having you be readily available for any questions or design reviews means we can get as much done as possible.

  • Of course! We want you to be happy about the design work we are creating. This means we will need you to be readily available during your design day to give feedback. So make sure when booking, to choose a day that works for you and create a plan that suits your schedule.

  • It’s important to remember when you are booking your VIP Design Day, you’re booking time, not a specific set of deliverables.

    We’ll work through your tasks in the order of priority that we establish during your prep call on the day.

    We are committed to working quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality, however sometimes projects take longer than anticipated.

    If you need additional time to get everything completed, we can look to book an additional half or full day.

  • The biggest killer when it comes to VIP Design Days is lack of organisation. This is why we need to be as prepared as possible and have you provide everything we have requested prior to the day. During the prep call on the day we will also need you to give us a prioritised to do list of items you want us to tackle on your day.

  • We only have a limited number of VIP Design Days a month and we do tend to book out. If you are planning for a launch or need to get your project done within the next 1-2 months, you should book your discovery call ASAP.

  • After your VIP Design Day, you will get one week of support. This means we’ll be available to answer questions, but not to create more designs or make edits.

  • With over 15 years of experience, we’ve learned the best ways to maximise efficiency and streamline the design process. We ensure we are organised before the day by requesting content and anything else we may need from you before the day. This way we can get into the design zone and not be distracted by anything or anyone else.

  • A 50% deposit is due at the time of your booking to secure your chosen day. You can pay by via bank transfer, PayPal or with a credit card. The remainder can be paid anytime before your VIP Design Day.

  • Your deposit is non-refundable, but your VIP Design Day can be rescheduled after paying an 15% administration fee.
